We instead, listen to you and ask a lot of questions from the outset designed to define who you actually want on your team.
Armed with that valuable information, we go after those specific individuals that fit the profile of your ideal candidate.
In many instances, we work on a contingency basis. In these situations, we will provide you with qualified candidates in tandem with efforts already underway. We will not duplicate your efforts and a fee will only be charged if and when we present the candidate ultimately hired.
We also offer recruiting on a retainer basis for clients that require additional expedient, personalized services.
